Extreme Soccer

EA Games just released a great video for viral dissemination to promote the game FIFA Street 3. It shows a session of rooftop extreme fútbol, with some 3-D animation help, in what it seems to be a Mexican (or Latin American) city. The video was created by Wieden+Kennedy

Always keep in mind, for your marketing efforts, that you can reach the hearts Latino males through a soccer ball.

Avatares: Latino Avatars

Yahoo! just launched the Latino version of its Avatars, dubbed as Avatares. According to a press release: “making this popular community available to the millions of Spanish-speaking Yahoo! users in Latin America and the U.S. These graphical and customizable characters allow users to create, animate and personalize their cyber personas, from changing their face and hairstyle to glamorizing their outfits and inserting them in exotic backdrops.”

I couldn’t resist the temptation, so I created my very own personalized cyber persona in a not-so-exotic setting (an office).
